Warranty and Returns

Holiday season and General Return Policy

You may return your NeuroTennis purchase for any reason within the following time frames:

  • for purchases made in November or December, request a return authorization by January 10 of the following year
  • for all other purchases, request a return authorization within 15 calendar days of receiving your order

To receive a full refund of your purchase price, excluding any shipping charges and non-refundable taxes, follow these three steps:

  1. Request a return authorization by emailing support@neurotennis.com within the applicable time frame above, and we will reply with a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
  2. Return your purchase (including all parts included in the original package) in good physical condition.
  3. Include the return authorization number with your return (either on or within the package).

If your return does not meet any of these conditions, we may, in our discretion, refuse to accept it or charge you a restocking fee of up to 15% of the original price.

Warranty: One-Year Limited (or longer where required by law)

We offer a one-year limited product warranty on all products.  If you reside in the European Economic Area (EEA), and you purchased your NeuroTennis product in the EEA, the warranty period is two years from the date of purchase.
